Physical Skills Graduates of the Safety Management program will perform skilled physical tasks requiring strength, fine motor skills, hand-eye coordination, fluency, and speed. Critical Thinking Skills Graduates of the Safety Management program will demonstrate creative thinking, innovation, and inquiry through the analysis, evaluation, and synthesis of information. Students will apply these skills to identify potential hazards, develop innovative safety solutions, and integrate diverse data sources to improve risk management strategies. This outcome ensures graduates can adapt to evolving technologies and contribute to continuous improvement in workplace safety and compliance.
Communication Skills Program Learning Outcome – Communication Skills Graduates of the Safety Management program will effectively develop, interpret, and express ideas through written, oral, and visual communication. Students will prepare clear safety documentation, deliver accurate presentations, and utilize visual tools to convey hazard analyses and compliance requirements. These communication skills enable graduates to collaborate across diverse teams and ensure critical safety information is understood and applied in industrial environments.
Empirical and Quantitative Skills Graduates of the Safety Management program will demonstrate the ability to manipulate and analyze numerical data and observable facts to reach informed conclusions.
