Describe the components of professionalism such as communication skills, hygiene and appearance, wellness and ergonomics and punctuality. Demonstrate knowledge of anatomy and chemistry and how it is applied when performing hair, skin and nail services. Recognize and describe the signs of diseases and disorders that affect the performance of hair, skin and nail services. |

Demonstrate professional conduct including communication skills with the correct use of terminology, hygiene and appearance, wellness and ergonomics and punctuality.
