Despite the chaotic and uncertain times we've faced, you persevered to see your educational goals through. We welcome you and your family to celebrate the culmination of your hard work and achievements. The end of your educational journey at Lee College is the start of so much more!

Please join us for a host of activities in your honor.

The Car Parade is a high-energy and fun event that has become a fan favorite! Graduates decorate their cars and parade the streets of campus, celebrating their accomplishments.

NOTE: This year we ask that family members do not trail behind students in the parade procession, but park in designated parking lots and stand along the parade route to cheer on the graduates. Decorated signs are welcomed!

Stage Walk

Where: The PAC (Performing Arts Center)
When: Beginning at 11 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 11, 2021

Come as you please after enjoying food, fun, and activities with your loved ones.

Although we have faced extraordinary times none of us could have imagined and certainly did not wish for, what we can be proud of as an institution — a body of dedicated students, faculty and staff — is our response to the call to evolve and adapt; not only to evolving learning modalities and technology needs but also in our response to student-centered activities.

After having been sidelined by a pandemic that kept us away from each other for nearly two years, our aim this fall is to have an in-person celebration in a manner that more closely involves your family and friends — the people who are most happy for you, most proud of you; those who have been in the trenches with you along your journey. The Stage Walk will not be a traditional ceremony lasting up to two hours; rather, it will be a personalized event that highlights the best and most enjoyable parts of graduation (having your name announced to the cheers of your family, walking across the stage, and having your photo taken with your diploma tube). After the announcement of your name, your family will be invited to join you in the PAC lobby for group photos. It will not include long speeches and all of the humdrum we typically endure before getting to the good part of commencement.

For those who RSVP for the Stage Walk, your actual degree/certificate will be ready for pickup at the event. For those who do not RSVP, you can still participate in the Stage Walk, but your award will be issued for pickup a few weeks after the festivities.
